New Suicide Prevention Information Sheet for EMS Providers from SPRC

The Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC) has just posted online a new information sheet for EMS providers: The Role of EMS Providers in Preventing Suicide. This sheet provides basic informationto help EMS providers recognize and respond to people who may be suicidal or at high risk. It also contains a list of relevant resource materials and organizations. Extensive input and review from EMS providers at the national and local levels was obtained in developing the sheet. Please share this sheet with your colleagues.
This sheet is part of SPRC’s series of Customized Information sheetsfor professionals who work in settings that bring them in contact with individuals at potential risk of suicide.
