November 14th & 15th
Description: The NIPN Annual Meeting is designed to actively engage participants with real-world, hands-on training and tools in program development and sustainability, as well as focused content on conducting quality improvement activities in primary care settings. Sessions will be interactive, practical and idea generating. There will be ample opportunity for discussion and networking both within an across states.
Value of Meeting: collaborative learning environment; range of relevant topics; returning home with new information about specific QI projects run by other IPs; re-energizing participants though exposure to new information, networking, and opportunities to build professional connections with IP leaders and staff as well as NIPN partners in other states.
Who Should Attend: IP leaders, IP partners/stakeholders, quality improvement coaching staff, and program managers; non-IP professionals who oversee and/or conduct quality improvement activities in primary care practice settings that serve children may also attend.
Tip: Attendees at prior trainings found it helpful to have a minimum of two team members present to allow opportunity to collectively process information, consider its application to their IP, and capture new ideas to bring back to their IP.
Registration: Members on the NIPN listserv will be sent a registration link during the Summer of 2016. Please feel free to forward to interested parties.
Logistics: Specific information on meeting venue, hotel accommodations, meeting start/end time and registration will be provided soon.
